Along the Delaware River, Courtney and Diamond tied the knot with friends and family at the end of the Race Street Pier in Philadelphia, PA. With all hand made details including the wooden ceremony backdrop, Courtney’s mother, the officiant, recited the ceremony under bright, beautiful autumn sunshine. The mighty Ben Franklin bridge sat behind the couple with a few passing sailboats glancing as they said their “I do’s.” A kiss and hug sealed the deal, as well as a happy dance from Courtney! Old City Philadelphia is known for its beauty, and it was elevated with the love birds walking along the cobble stone streets, into cute alley ways of color and ancient brick. The leaves were changing, dying, but their love for each other never felt as strong as they smiled together every step of the way. The reception ended up at the best pizza parlor in town, Pizzeria Stella in Society Hill. Smells of wood oven pizza filled the air inside the quaint establishment. Ice cream and sparklers for the entire family topped the night off for relaxing day of love.
